Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 (Provision Of Disabled Persons' Parking Space On Sandhurst Close, Redditch)
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to Create a Disabled Persons' Parking Space on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Sandhurst Close Redditch (East side): From a point 43 metres northeast of its junction with the Sandhurst Close Service road, for a distance of 2.6 metres, in an southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(U23256 Birmingham Road, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U23256 Birmingham Road from its junction with U20081 Rectory Gardens to its junction with C2161 Tanyard Lane. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2291 Birmingham Road, B4120 Redditch Road, A441 Alvechurch Bypass, A441 Alvechurch Bypass Southbound, C2291 Redditch Road, C2291 Swan Street, C2291 Red Lion Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 nights (19:30-05:00) Commencing: 1 August 2022.

(Link Footpath F30391 Langley Close to F30391 Eathorpe Close, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of Link Footpath F30391 Langley Close to F30391 Eathorpe Close from its junction with F30391 Langley Close to its junction with Junction with F30391 Eathorpe Close. Reason: Bridgeworks maintenance by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: The Contractor will provide a temporary platform adjacent to the bridge for pedestrians for the duration of the works.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing:
1 August 2022.

(C2137 Birchfield Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2137 Birchfield Road from its junction with
U30334 Chapel Street to its junction with U30119 Cotton Close.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2137 Birchfield Lane, B4504 Windmill Drive, A441 Crabbs Cross RBT, A441 Rough Hill Drive, C2101 Coldfield Drive, C2137 Headless Cross Drive and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing:
1 August 2022.

(A435 Alcester Road, Wythall) (50 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
On 14 July 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following length of road in Wythall to 50 miles per hour:
A43 5 Alcester Road Northbound carriageway from a point 80 metres north of the roundabout junction with the M42 motorway in a northerly direction to the roundabout junction with Middle Lane, Station Road and Hollywood Bypass. Southbound carriageway from the roundabout junction with Middle Lane, Station Road and Hollywood Bypass in a southerly direction to a point 335 metres north of the roundabout junction with the M42 motorway. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 1 August 2022.

(B4101 Broad Lane, Beoley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of B4101 Broad Lane from its junction with B4101
Beoley Lane to its junction with B4101 Broad Lane (Border with Warwickshire).
Reason: Safety to allow work in Underground structure by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A435 Alcester Road Northbound, A435 Alcester Road
Roundabout, A435 Alcester Road Southbound and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (21:00-06:00)
Commencing: 22 August 2022.

(B4090 Droitwich Road, Feckenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of B4090 Droitwich Road from its junction with
U30009 Berrowhill Lane to its junction with C2038 High Street.
Reason: New/replacement electricity cable by Western Power.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4090 Salt Way, B4092 Edgioake Lane, A441 Evesham Road, B4504
Windmill Drive, C2079 Callowhill Lane, C2079 Sillins Lane, C2079 Wallhouse Lane,
C2079 Forest Lane, B4091 Hanbury Road, B4090 Salt Way, B4090 Droitwich Road and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing:
1 August 2022.
