Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st July 2022 The Craft Union Pub Company Limited applied to Wirral
Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Perch Rock Hotel, 7 Grosvenor Road, New Brighton, Wirral CH45 2LW. The proposed variation is;-1. To vary the end time for licensable activities (sale of alcohol, recorded music and late night refreshment) on a Friday and Saturday night only to 03.00 (and to extend the opening hours on these days to 03.30). 2. To add some new conditions to the premises licence.
