Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Bournemouth) for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Wagamama, 30-32 Westover Road, Bournemouth, BHI 2BZ.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 10:00 hours to 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday; Late night refreshment for both indoors and outdoors from 23:00 hours to 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday; Opening hours for the premises from 10:00 hours to 00:30 hours the following day Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Manager, Licensing Team, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Ave, Bournemouth BH2 6EB
