Darlington Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022 Footpath 49, Darlington

Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close: Footpath 49, Darlington From a point adjacent to the southern building line of 50 Sherborne Close southwards and eastwards for 140metres

The Order is necessary to allow construction works on the adjacent site
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 8th August 2022.
