Proposed development at: Land at the Madison Hotel, Oxford Road, Stratton St Margaret, Swindon Take notice that application is being made by: Paloma II (Industrial) I LLP For planning permission to: Construction of a non-food retail store with external garden centre and rear service yard, coffee-shop with drive-thru, alterations to existing accesses and traffic routing through St Margarets Retail Park along with other associated works. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Swindon Borough Council Local Planning Authority address: Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH
