Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission

Proposed development at: The Reach Free School, Long Lane, Mill End, Rickmansworth WD3 8AB Take notice that application is being made by: The Reach Free School on behalf of the Department of Education.
For planning permission to: Variation of conditions (a 'Section 73' application under The Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended) to vary conditions 1,6 and 11 of planning permission reference 21/2772/FUL to amend the details of the access in order to extend the duration of the existing temporary access for a period of approximately one academic year (until 31st August 2023) and vary conditions relating to drainage in order to require compliance with submitted details. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RL.

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non -agricultural tenants' security of tenure. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
