In The Estate Of Teresa Hampton Deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of Teresa Hampton late of 41 Baron Street, Darwen, in the County of Lancashire, who died on the 15th day of December 2021 (whose will was proved by) Michael Hampton, the Executor therein named on the 31st day of May 2022, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom or to the undersigned on or before the 30th day of September 2022 after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
