LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE

FABRICE AND TANYA BERTHONNEAU are applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for La Parisienne, 21 Bell Street, Romsey, SO51 8GY.
If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place on the premises: Sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises; Provision of late night refreshment; Live music, recorded music, provision of facilities for making music (as per existing licence).
The intention to make variation to the Premises Licence is to include the external areas within the permitted licensed area/premises and for provision of table service within this area in accordance with and subject to provisions and conditions applicable to existing licence.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
