(Tweedholm Avenue East, Walkerburn) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (Tweedholm Avenue East, Walkerburn) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 25 July 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 5 August 2022 between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 on weekdays only. The road will be open over the weekend of 30 and 31 July 2022. The Order is required for resurfacing and footway works. When the Order comes into effect no person shall (i) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; and (ii) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked, along Tweedholm Avenue East, Walkerburn from Hall Street to its termination. There is no alternative route.
