Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development
Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Application Number: P/2022/0424/HHFP
Proposal: Demolition of the existing conservatory and the erection of a two storey rear extension, new porch and linked utility room to side (amended proposal)
Applicant: Mr & Mrs Dixon_
Location: 4 Hill Top Road, Ralnford St Helens Merseyside WA11 7QS

The development does not accord with the development plan in force in the area. As this is a householder or minor commercial application, In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations In writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
