NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 20 July 2022 made the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
* The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No. 6) Order 2022;

* The Wandsworth (St John's Hill) (Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 2022; ' The Wandsworth (Tooting Broadway) (Parking Places) (No. 2) Order 2022;
* The Wandsworth (Clapham Junction) (Parking Places) (No. 4) Order 2022;

* The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 624) Order 2022

1. The general effects of the Orders are detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

2. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 25 July 2022, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders,

can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six months from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU
3. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

AVARN ROAD, SW17: To remove redundant waiting restrictions and extend existing shared use parking bays at the side of No. 176 Mitcham Road and at the side of
No. 80 Bickersteth Road._
FLOWERSMEAD ESTATE, SW15:  To upgrade lengths of single yellow line to double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time").
JUER STREET AND WORFIELD STREET, SW11: ANFRED ROAD, SW15:  To upgrade the existing waiting restriction (marked with a single yellow line) at side of No. 40 Parkgate Road to an "At Any Time" waiting restriction (marked with a double yellow line).
MANFRED ROAD SW15  To introduce a resident permit bay operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and a waiting restriction outside Nos 1 -21 St Stephen's Gardens.
PETERSFIELD RISE, SW15:  To install "At Any Time1' waiting restriction (marked with a double yellow line) in the turning head  at the end of the highway.
ST JOHN'S HILL GROVE, SW11:  To remove shared use parking bay markings (part) and to install "at any time" waiting restriction (marked  with a double yellow line) adjacent to No. 2a.
TOTTERDOWN STREET, SW17:  To re-designate 5 metres of 'pay and display only' parking bay to a solo motorcycle parking bay with ground anchors to deter theft and extend the existing 'pay and display only' bay by 2 metres, opposite Tooting Market.
WEBBS ROAD, SW11: To remove redundant waiting restriction (marked with a single yellow line) and extend existing shared use parking bays side of No. 64 Shelgate Road, outside No. 18 Webbs Road and side of No. 116 Bennerley Road.
WILLOW TREE To replace existing yellow cross-hatched markings CLOSE. SW18: and waiting restriction (marked as single yellow line) with an "At Any Time" waiting restriction (marked with a double yellow line) adjacent to _Nos. 2 and 4 Willow Tree Close.
