Cheshire West And Chester Borough Council Notices Of Making (King Street, Rudheath To Northwich) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that, on the 11th July 2022 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 11th July 2022.
The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 50mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.

SCHEDULE - (50MPH SPEED LIMIT) King Street, Rudheath to Middlewich
- starting from the South side of the A556 roundabout to the existing 30mph speed limit entering Middlewich on Ravenscroft Bridge. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. (Holmes Chapel Road, Allostock)

- from the existing 40mph speed limit East of Lach Dennis Village to existing 50mph speed limit at Allostock, approximately 275 metres East of the Cheshire East border on Northwich Road. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
