The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre A/22/93750/CU 58 Bradshawgate Leigh WN7 4LA Change of use to a mixed use of retail shop at ground floor with first and second floors to be used as office spaces, basement to remain as existing storage space in connection with the ground floor occupiers only.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
