Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Russell Hall Lane, Queensbury Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Russell Hall Lane, Queensbury has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Russell Hall Lane to its junction with West End.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Russell Hall Lane (unaffected section), Russell Avenue, Russell Road, West End and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation at 09:30 hours on the 25th July 2022 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 25th July 2022, at 09:30 hours on the 26th July 2022 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 26th July 2022, at 09:30 hours on the 27th July 2022 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 27th July 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
