(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.24) Order 2022
Notice hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
TO REVOKE: Disabled Badge Holders Only At The Following Locations:
Road Description
55 Lee Road, Harwich South Side: From the boundary of 53 and 55 Lee Road, south Westwards for a distance of approximately 5.00 metres.
35 St Andrews Road, Clacton South Side: From the boundary of 35 and 37 St Andrews Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.9 metres.

49 Mason Road North Side: From a point approximately 1.8 metres west from the boundary of 49/51 Mason Road, north westerly for a distance of approximately 3.1 metres. (New post and sign to be installed. 661A)

35 St Andrews Road South Side: From the boundary of 35 and 37 St Andrews Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.9 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TM250 310 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TM155 152 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TM170 150 Rev 3 to Rev 4 and TM170 152 Rev 2 to Rev 3.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 3 August 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Colchester Road, Lawford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colchester Road, Lawford in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 320m south west of the junction with Bendalls Court for a distance of approximately 120m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th August 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30091555691 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Long Road, Coxs Hill, Dale Hall Roundabout, Station Road and vice versa (with access only into Colchester Road).
The Order will come into effect on 29th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Steam Mill Road, Bradfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Steam Mill Road, Bradfield in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 70m east of its junction with Straight Road for a distance of approximately 130m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th August 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MT001DS0045829 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Steam Mill Road, Clacton Road, New Road, The Walls, High Street, Harwich Road, Jenkins Hill, Brickmans Hill, Ship Hill, Station Road, The Street, Heath Road, Cansey Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
