(Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.28) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the Order:
To Implement 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring.

Description
Southwest Side: From a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of property number 157 B1336 Walton Road, southeast, then southwest along B1336 Walton Road, for a distance of approximately 75 metres.
Northeast Side: From a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of property number 157 B1336 Walton Road, southeast, then restarts northeast along B1336 Walton Road at the bus stop flag to the end of the lay by for a distance of approximately 75 metres excluding the 13-metre bus cage.

To Implement
'Bus Cage' on the following lengths of road in the District of Tendring.

Description
Northwest Side: From a point approximately 16 metres northeast of the northern kerb line of Norwood Way, northeast for distance of approximately 13 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into 'The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019' by substituting map tiles: TM240 207 Revision 0 to Revision 1, and TM240 210 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

Notice hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

South Side: From the boundary of 35 and 37 St Andrews Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 5.9 metres

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Tendring District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TM250 310 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TM155 152 Rev 0 to Rev 1, TM170 150 Rev 3 to Rev 4 and TM170 152 Rev 2 to Rev 3.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 3 August 2022.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
