NOTICE OF APPLIATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Jes Store hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 23A Town Square, Basildon SS14 1BA .
The proposed licensable activity is: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday - Saturday 8:30 - 18:30, Sunday 10:00 - 16:00.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).; All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon Essex SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00)
