(Chapel Road, West Bergholt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, West Bergholt in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 30m north east of its junction with Donald Drive for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th August 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30007027901 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Lexden Road, Colchester Road and vice versa with access only into Chapel Road.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Coggeshall Road, Ardleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 170m south of its junction with Hunters Chase for a distance of approximately 145m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th August 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA56298435 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Coggeshall Road, Hunters Chase, Dedham Road, Fen Lane, The Street, Harwich Road, Little Bromley Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(East Road, West Mersea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of East Road, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Chapmans Lane for a distance of approximately 140m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of East Road, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester from its junction with Chapmans Lane for a distance of approximately 140m in a south westerly direction.
The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 15th August 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2331058 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. These restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Chapmans Lane, East Mersea Road, Dawes Lane, East Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Kelvedon Road, Inworth/Tiptree) (Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Restriction) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30-mph speed restriction in that length of Kelvedon Road, Inworth/Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from the existing 30mph sign at Inworth to the exisitng 30mph sign at Tiptree a distance of approximately 800m. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 16th August 2022 for 5 nights (19:00-05:00) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2314309 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Mersea Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mersea Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Napier Road to its junction with St Botolphs Circus a distance of approximately 270m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th August 2022 for 9 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2329243 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway and footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Mersea Road, Roberts Road, Eagle Drive, Military Road, Magdalen Street, St Botolphs Circus and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Station Road, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Gate House Mews for a distance of approximately 40m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th August 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001161209 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one. network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Station Road, Church Road, Maldon Road and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of road as specified in the schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

(Chapel Road/Winstree Road, Stanway) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with New Farm Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a north westerly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Winstree Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with New Farm Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a southerly direction.
To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in the above lengths of road for the durations of the clousures only. "The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hardys Green, Birch in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 190m south west of its junction with Beckingham Hall Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a south westerly then south easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction in that length of Weeley Road, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 740m east of the junction with Heckfords Road for a distance of approximately 345m in a north easterly then south easterly direction.
