NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION.

Proposed development at: Land at Whites Farm, Barleylands Road, Basildon, SS15 4BG.
Take notice that application is being made by: Anglo ES Whites Farm Ltd. Mr James Stone.
For planning permission to: Proposed Battery Energy Storage Site, substation compound, with associated infrastructure, fencing, existing access to Whites Farm off Barleylands Road, access track, drainage and landscaping.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Basildon Borough Council.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
