Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Main Street, Burley Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Main Street, Burley has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Main Street from its junction with Long Meadows to a point outside of "Queens Hall".

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Main Street (unaffected section), llkley Road, A65 Burley by-pass, Weston View and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect at 09:30 hours on the 28th July 2022 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 28th July 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
