Darlington Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary Footway Closure) 2022 Neasham Road Footway, Darlington

Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than twenty one days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close: NEASHAM ROAD FOOTWAY, WEST SIDE From the north side of Garbutt Square junction northwards to Parkgate roundabout PARKGATE FOOTBRIDGE An alternative route will be on the east side of Neasham Road. The Order, commencing 12th August 2022, is necessary to allow construction works on the adjacent site which it is anticipated will take longer than 18months.
