Notice ID: BOU2464671

Notice effective from
21st July 2022 to 20th August 2022

BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH COUNCIL
Publication of the East Woodhay Neighbourhood Plan

The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) (Regulation 16)

East Woodhay Parish Council as the qualifying body has prepared a neighbourhood development plan, entitled East Woodhay Neighbourhood Development Plan 2022-2029, for their parish with the help of the local community. The neighbourhood plan sets out a vision for the future of the parish and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally.
This is a re-consultation as updates have been made to the Plan and its supporting documentation since the first Regulation 16 consultation took place in March-May 2022.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is satisfied that the submitted East Woodhay Neighbourhood Plan complies with the relevant legal requirements and can therefore proceed to formal consultation and independent examination.
In accordance with the Regulations, the Borough Council is required to publicise the Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents and invite comments.
Copies of the East Woodhay Neighbourhood Plan, Consultation Statement (and appendices), Basic Conditions Statement, Strategic Environment Assessment report and decision notice are available to view on the borough council's website: www.basingstoke.gov.uk/EWNP.
