Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate Mark Edward Cedric Joyner late of Holly House, 8 Riding Grange, Riding Mill, Northumberland NE44 6HA who died on the 20th December 2021 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the Executors namely Michael James Macgregor on or before the 23rd September after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
