APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that FigsAndCo Ltd (Company Number 11698455) has applied in respect of Scoff's Cafe, 17, Station Road, London, E4 7BJ, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to carry out the following licensable activities at the following standard times:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: 09:00 to 18:45 Monday to Sunday.

The relevant licensing authority is the London Borough of Waltham Forest, and the statutory register may be inspected at The Licensing Section, Resident Services, 3 The Square, Leyton, London E10 5NR by prior appointment during normal office hours or online at https://www.walthamforest.gov.uk/.
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the London Borough of Waltham Forest Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to: licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk so as to be received by them from 12 July 2022 and no later than 8 August 2022. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
