(Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Map Based) (Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting And Permitted Parking) (Variation No. *) Order 20**

NOTICE is given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order - due to development of land for residential purposes - is to introduce new sections of 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines) parking restrictions in East Hagbourne as follows: Main Road:
a) North side - from the western kerbline of the access road to Hagbourne Village Hall, westwards for a distance of 86 metres, and

b) South side - from the eastern kerbline of Manor Farm Lane, eastwards for a distance of 59 metres.

Additionally, a new full-width road hump (approx. 3.75m long) will be constructed on Main Road, approximately 20 metres west of the junction with Manor Farm Lane. With the existing road hump located approx. 22 metres east of the access road to Hagbourne Village Hall also being reconstructed.
The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Map Based) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting And Permitted Parking) Order 2021 will be further amended as necessary, updating Map Tile GZ67 in the process. Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below by 19 August 2022.
