Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th July 2022 Ei Group Ltd applied to Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Black Horse, 52 Delph Road, Brierley Hill DY5 2TP. The proposed licensable activities are: -1. Films, Indoor Sporting Events, live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description Monday to Wednesday 1000 to 2300, Thursday to Saturday 1000 to 2330 and Sunday 1000 to 2200. 2. Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 2330. 3. Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 1000 to 2330. Please note - This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Interim Director of Public Realm, Licensing Services, Unit 1 Narrowboat Way, Hurst Business Park, Brierley Hill, West Midlands DY5 1UF no later than 15th August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays except public holidays).
