Oliva Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on 18th July 2022 for the Variation of a Premises Licence at Leonards at 39, 39 High Street, ROSS on WYE in which the following licensable activities are proposed: Sale of Alcohol, for consumption ON premises, and Live & Recorded Music extended to 02:00hrs on Fridays and Saturdays. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 24:00hrs Sundays to Thursdays, extended to 02:00hrs on Fridays and Saturdays. Fri & Sat hours also applied on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day Valentine's Day, Bank Holidays and Sundays before a Bank Holiday Monday.

An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above - 15th August 2022.
