Application for a Premises Licence

TRACEY O'SULLIVAN has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at TraceyAnns Store, (formerly Streamline Stores) 61 - 63 Ameysford Road, Ferndown, BH22 9PY and propose to carry on the following activities:-Retail Sale of Alcohol for off-premises consumption.

 Applications are available for public inspection at East Dorset District Council, Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, BH21 4HN or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between Sept 5th 2013 and Oct 3rd 2013.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005)._
