Under The Provisions Of The Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 The Wiltshire Council Grafton 29 (Part), 29a, 30 & 31, Burbage 1 (Part) And Collingbourne Kingston 34 Definitive Map Modification Order 2019

On 22 June 2022, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed as made the above order. The above order, made on 06 December 2019, modifies the definitive map and statement for the area by upgrading to restricted byway paths Grafton 29, 30 & 31 (length 1410 metres width 12.2 metres) and Collingbourne Kingston 34 (length 800 metres width 6.1 metres), by adding restricted byway Grafton 29A (length 1300 metres width 12.2 metres) and by extinguishing part of Burbage 1 (length 1300 metres width 9.2 metres). The order becomes operative as from 22 June 2022, but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question the validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of Section 53 or that and requirements of Schedule 15 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 have not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may within 42 days from 21 July 2022 make an application under paragraph 12 (1) of Schedule 15 of the 1981 Act, to the High Court.

The above order, confirmed as made on 12 July 2022 under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public footpath over land situated at Little Englands in the parish of Chippenham, leading from at OSGR ST 9217-7277 in a broadly easterly direction for 131m to OSGR ST 9229-7273, having a width of 2m. If confirmed the order will also have the effect of modifying the Borough of Chippenham Definitive Map and Statement dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly. Notice Of Confirmation Of An Order Highways Act 1980 Section 118 And Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 The Wiltshire Council Parish Of Chippenham 21 And 22 (Part) Extinguishment And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2022

The above order, confirmed as made on 12 July 2022 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish the entire width of that length of footpaths, over land situated at Little Englands in the parish of Chippenham: Chippenham 21, leading from OSGR ST 9219-7276 in a broadly east south easterly direction for approximately 108m to OSGR ST 9229-7273. Chippenham 22 (part), leading from OSGR ST 9227-7282 in a broadly southerly direction for approximately 113m to OSGR ST
9229-7270. And leading from OSGR ST 9229-7284 in a broadly southerly direction for approximately 57m to OSGR ST 9229-7281. Thereupon the Borough of Chippenham Definitive Map and Statement dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly. Notice Of Confirmation Of Public Path Diversion Order
Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 And Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 - Section 53 The Wiltshire Council Chippenham 23 (Part) Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2022

On 12 July 2022, Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert Footpath Chippenham 23 (part) situated at Little Englands in the parish of Chippenham leading from OSGR ST 9217-7277 in a east south easterly direction for approximately 20m to OSGR ST 9219-7276, then leading in a north easterly direction for approximately 118m to OSGr ST 9229-7284, to a new route at OSGR ST 9220-7276, leading in north easterly direction for approximately 65m to OSGR ST 9225-7280, then heading in an easterly direction for approximately 23m to OSGR ST 9228-7280. Having a width of 2m. And thereupon the Borough of Chippenham Definitive Map and Statement dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly. This Order will come into operation on 25 July 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 19:00 until 05 August 2022. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. B) Footpath 5, Lyneham and Bradenstoke; from its junction with Footpath 1, Lyneham and Bradenstoke to its junction with Footpath 4, Lyneham and Bradenstoke to enable Construction of 50 residential units. Alternative route via existing alternative highways and rights of way. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 15 August 2022 and the closure will be required for 06 months. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 06 months.
