On 22 June 2022, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed as made the above order. The above order, made on 06 December 2019, modifies the definitive map and statement for the area by upgrading to restricted byway paths Grafton 29, 30 & 31 (length 1410 metres width 12.2 metres) and Collingbourne Kingston 34 (length 800 metres width 6.1 metres), by adding restricted byway Grafton 29A (length 1300 metres width 12.2 metres) and by extinguishing part of Burbage 1 (length 1300 metres width 9.2 metres).
