Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980
Public Path Diversion Order 2022 Footpath 10 Fyfield

The above order, made on 11 July 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 2 Fyfield of unknown width shown by a bold continuous black line on the order map commencing from a point immediately to the east of the property known as The Dairy Barn at Envilles Farm running in a southerly direction for c.40m to a point close to its junction with Footpath 10 Little Laver to a footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing at a point 27m to the east of the original commencement point running in a southerly then westerly direction around a fenced area to the aforementioned point close to the junction with Footpath 10 Little Laver
Copies of the order and order map can be requested to be posted or viewed by emailing publicpathorders@essexhighways.org to arrange a suitable time to inspect the documents quoting the Order title. Documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri at Essex County Council, County Hall, E block main reception, Market Road, Chelmsford if so required following the current social distancing restrictions. Copies of the order and order map are available on Essex Highways website at: https://www.essexhighways.org/transport-and-roads/getting-around/public-rights-of-way/public-path-notices.aspx and have also been sent to Fyfield Parish and Epping Forest District Councils.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Alan Roscoe, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 18 August 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.

Public Path Diversion Order 2022 Footpaths 20, 24, 25, 26 and 27 North Weald Bassett

The above order, made on 11 July 2022 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert:
Footpath 20
A part length of Footpath 20 North Weald Bassett of unknown width shown by a bold continuous black line on the order map as a cross-field route commencing at the crossing point of Shonks Brook southwest of Sewalds Hall ('the property') running in a southeasterly direction to a point c.650m south of the property to a footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing at the aforementioned start point running in a southeasterly direction alongside Shonks Brook and finishing at the aforementioned termination point south of the property.
Footpath 24
A part length of Footpath 24 North Weald Bassett of unknown width shown by a bold continuous black line on the order map commencing from a point on a field edge c.350m north of the property and running in a generally southerly direction, passing immediately adjacent to the property, to a field edge c.700m south of the property to a footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing at the aforementioned point north of the property running initially in an easterly direction then continuing in a southerly direction to the aforementioned field edge south of the property.
Footpath 25
A part length of Footpath 25 North Weald Bassett of unknown width shown by a continuous black line on the order map commencing from the access road just west of Sewalds Hall Cottages running in a southeasterly then easterly direction, passing immediately to the north of the property, before reaching the junction with Footpath 30 Magdalen Laver at the eastern side of a lake to a footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing at the aforementioned start point running initially crossfield in a southeasterly direction then continuing in a easterly direction around a field edge to the aforementioned termination point.
Footpath 26
A part length of Footpath 26 North Weald Bassett of unknown width shown by a continuous black line on the order map commencing at the access road immediately to the southwest of the property running in an easterly direction and immediately to the south of the property to the field edge to the east of the property to a footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing at the junction with Footpath 27 running initially crossfield in an easterly direction then continuing in a southeasterly direction along a field edge to where it meets Footpath 24 c.300m southeast of the property.
Footpath 27
The entire length of Footpath 27 North Weald Bassett of unknown width shown by a continuous black line on the order map commencing at the aforementioned junction with the diverted route of Footpath 26 running in a northeasterly direction to a point immediately northwest of the property to a footpath being 2 metres in width shown by a bold broken black line on the order map commencing at the aforementioned start point running in northerly direction alongside Shonks Brook then continuing in a northeasterly direction around the field edge to a termination point on access road.

(Abridge Road, Lambourne/Theydon Bois) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Abridge Road, Lambourne/Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest, from the junction with Ongar Road/Market Place to the junction with Coopersale Lane a distance of approximately 1990m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2022 for 25 nights (22:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (FN49302915986 - National Highways). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while concrete repair works are undertaken by National Highways.
An alternative route is available via Market Place, London Road, Abridge Road, Abridge Roundabout, Abridge Road, High Road, Chigwell Road, Manor Road, Chigwell Road, Broadmead Road, High Road, Church Hill, Goldings Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Jacks Hill, Coppice Row, Abridge Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Berwick Lane, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 1180m southwest of its junction with School Road for a distance of approximately 570m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd August 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA005/RFC-21800/02 - Gigaclear Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while network repair works are undertaken by Gigaclear Limited. An alternative route is available via Berwick Lane, School Road, Church Road, London Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Bushfields, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bushfields, Loughton in the Epping Forest, from its junction with Parkmead/Chequers Road to its junction with Alderton Hall Lane a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP00329919120 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Alderton Hall Lane, Poundfield Road, Deepdene Road, Bushfields and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Buttercross Lane, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Buttercross Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 20m northwest of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 35m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th August 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001161489 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.6) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on those lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 28th July 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.5) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of road in the District of Harlow as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victoria Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th August 2022 for 29 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04765390968 -Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water Alternative routes are via
1. Victoria Road, Princes Road, Kings Place, Palmerston Road OR Victoria Road, Princes Road, Queens Road, High Road, Palmerston Road.
2. Palmerston Road, Queens Road, Victoria Road.
The Order will come into effect on 28th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
