Notice is given that Mrs Kim Barrett has applied to the London Borough of Croydon for approval/renewal of approval of premises for marriage/civil partnership ceremonies at Ashburton Hall, Ashburton Park, Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon CR0 6RX
Date of Notice - 14th July 2022
Last date for Representation - 3rd August 2022
The premises are to be used as a venue for marriages and civil partnership ceremonies under the Marriage Act 1949 and the Civil Partnerships Act 2004. The Application may be viewed at Access Croydon, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA between 09.00 a.m. and 3.45 p.m. Monday to Friday not including Bank Holidays.
Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to:-, Place Department, Licensing Team, 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA within 21 days, specifying the grounds of opposition or email licensing@croydon.gov.uk
Persons objecting to the grant of a licence will be given the opportunity to attend the meeting of the Licensing Committee.
