Proposal 1 Masterplan Redevelopment: Proposed redevelopment (including phased demolition/deconstruction works) of Buchanan Galleries and associated car park/buildings to provide a mixed use office, retail and residential led development with a range of associated complimentary uses potentially comprising professional services, healthcare, food/drink, business, research and development, hotel, non-residential institutions, education, leisure and other related ancillary and sui generis uses, including temporary and meanwhile uses, alongside public realm/building, landscaping, car parking, servicing, access, infrastructure and associated works
Proposal 2 Phase 1 220 Buchanan Street: Proposed erection of a mixed use building(s) providing offices and ground floor retail/commercial uses, access, servicing, landscaping, infrastructure and associated works including demolition/deconstruction
Proposal 3 Land at Cathedral Street/North Hanover Street/Killermont Street (Buchanan Galleries): Proposed erection of a mixed use building providing offices and ground floor retail/commercial uses, access, servicing, landscaping, infrastructure and associated works including demolition/deconstruction of existing car park and erection of temporary car parking
A public consultation programme will take place in order to inform interested parties about the proposals.
The 'Stage 1' public consultation events include: Outdoor Summer Event - Saturday 30th July (11am-3pm), Buchanan Galleries (front entrance) Meet the Design Team - Thursday 4th August (6.30-8.30pm), Glasgow Royal Concert Hall Visions and Principles Workshops - Wednesday 3rd August (5-7pm) & Thursday 4th August (10am-12pm), Buchanan Galleries (front entrance)

Those wishing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the above website no later than 31 July 2022 (Stage 1 survey deadline). Additional opportunities for comment will be confirmed in due course for the Stage 2 (Autumn 2022) and Stage 3 (Winter 2022) consultations.
This notice does not relate to a live planning application. Comments on the consultation events should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. As part of any future planning application submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, with opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposals.
