NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th July 2022 William Nolan applied to London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Duke of Cambridge, Kneller Road, Twickenham TW2 7DT.
The proposed variation is:- To amend the plan that attaches to the premises licence to show the existing layout including the external bar servery.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 9th August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Council and the record of the application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.richmond.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
