Notice is hereby given that Claypath Eelicatessen Limited has applied to Durham County Council on 9rh July tor the grant of a new premises licence In respect of Claypath Delicatessen, 57 Claypath Durham, DH1 1QS. The business is to operate as cafe/bakery/pizzeria specialising in baked goods and pizzas. The premises will continue to operate as a cafe & bakery during the day, but will be more of a pizzeria on the evenings that it opens. The proposed hours and activities are the Supply of alcohol (on and off sales) 11:00 to 20:30 every day and Opening times 03:00 to 21:00 Every Day. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application. A record of this application may be inspected at the Councils offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
