Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2022
Clarence Road, Sidcup - Notice of Intention


1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water to conduct repair and maintenance works they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of: 
- Prohibition of traffic - Directional closure, eastbound at the junction of Birkbeck Road to 49 Clarence Road, Sidcup
- Waiting restriction - from 49 Clarence Road to the junction with Birkbeck Road, Sidcup
- Loading prohibition - from 49 Clarence Road to the junction with Birkbeck Road, Sidcup

2. The Order will come into effect on I st August 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via: Birkbeck Road, Clarence Crescent.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Crayfbrd Road and Maiden Lane, Crayford - Notice of Making an Order


1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable J Browne Construction on behalf of Thames Water to conduct emergency repairs, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic - Directional Closure (westbound) from the junction with Station Road to the junction with Townhall Square Road, Crayford
- Waiting restriction from Gable Close to Samas Way on Maiden Lane, Crayford
- Loading prohibition from Gable Close to Samas Way on Maiden Lane, Crayford

2. The Order will come into effect on 28 July 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 12 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via: Crayford Road, Princes Road, Shepherds Lane, A2, Boume Road, London Road and vice versa.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Cappagh Contractors on behalf of Thames Water to conduct repair and maintenance works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Waiting restriction from 2b to 4 Hengist Road, Erith - both sides of the road
- Loading prohibition from 2b to 4 Hengist Road, Erith - both sides of the road

2. The Order will come into effect on 25 July 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 12 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route required.

Maiden Lane, Crayford - Notice of Making an Order

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of SGN to conduct a Gas Mains Replacement Scheme in Crayford the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic on Maiden Lane at the junction with Mayplace Avenue Crayford. There will be no left or right turn into Maiden Lane from Mayplace Avenue, Crayford.

2. The Order will come into effect on 25 July 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 weeks.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, alternative routes will be provided via:
-  Eastbound Division: Iron Mill Lane, Thames Road, Mayplace Avenue
- Westbound Diversion: Mayplace Avenue, Beurt Road, Medway Road.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities to conduct gas mains replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic on Elsa Road between the junction of Upper Wickham Lane and the junction with Gipsy Road, Welling

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14( I) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Cubic on behalf of Transport for London to repair and maintain signalling equipment in the carriageway, the effects of which will be the introduction of.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to enable JB Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic from 11 Banks Lane to the junction with the Broadway, Bexleyheath

2. The Order will come into effect on I August 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 nights from 1900 to 0200.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required as Banks Lane is a dead-end road.
