Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Itsu Licences Limited has applied to Bromley London Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as itsu, Unit 90, The Glades Shopping Centre, Bromley London, BR1 1DN.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit :
recorded music indoors only Mondays to Sundays 09:00 until 23:00;
sale of alcohol both on and off the premises Mondays to Sundays 09:00 until 23:00;
opening hours Monday to Sundays 09:00 until 23:00.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in email licensing@bromley.gov.uk or in writing by Licensing Team, London Borough of Bromley, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH no later than 11th August 2022 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Bromley London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.bromley.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
