Notice of a public path diversion order under section 257 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

Stroud District Council Footpath MST2 Grove Lane, Stonehouse Section 257 Diversion Order 2022

(Order)

1. The above Order was made on the 13th July 2022. The effect of the Order will be to divert the public footpath situated between A (OS Coordinates 380023, 206257) and B (OS Coordinates 380128, 206382) which measures approximately 170 metres long and unknown width shall be diverted between points C (OS Coordinates 380023, 206257) and D (OS Coordinates 380128, 206382) measuring approximately 170 metres long and approximately 2 metres wide and shown on the Order plan.

2. A copy of the Order and plan (reference MST Grove Lane, Stonehouse Section 257 Diversion Order 2022) can be viewed on the council's website at:

3. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Legal Services, Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB no later than the 18th August 2022, being 28 days following the date of publication of this notice.

4. If no representations or objections are made, or if made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If  the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
