Temporary Traffic Order -Mackie Avenue, Brighton

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 20th July 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary closure of the eastern side of the roundabout at the Eastern end of Mackie Avenue, Brighton

(b) Space for a turning circle will be available at all times

2. The Order is necessary to allow National Highways to carry out drainage improvement works

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 25th July 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed which is expected to be 19th August 2022.
