(C47 Pathhead/Mansfield Road, New Cumnock) (Temporary Road Closure) No.2 Order 2022
On 19/07/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Pathhead between the A76 and C47 Mansfield Road, on C47 Mansfield Road between Pathhead (C47) and U716 Craigshiel, and on C47 Mansfield Road between U716 Craigshiel and A76 (except vehicles engaged in the BT works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 02/08/22 until 18:00 hrs on 15/08/22, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier. The road closures will be implemented in two Phases with the closure of Pathhead and Mansfield Road to U716 being followed by the closure of Mansfield Road from U716to A76 and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closure will be permitted to and from their properties.
Emergency access will be maintained at all times during the road closures via the diversion route.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period. Alternative Route: via C47, A76 and vice versa

(Lochview, New Cumnock) (Temporary Road Closure and Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022
On 19/07/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, by reason of footway and carriageway resurfacing works to be executed on or near the road.
This Order makes it unlawful for any person wait on either side of or for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Lochview, New Cumnock between 07:00 and 17:00 from 21/7/22 until 26/8/22. Diversion via A76 and Polquheys, and vice versa.
Exempt from road closures - Council's resurfacing vehicles, emergency vehicles or vehicles requiring access to properties within the closed road. Exempt from waiting restriction - Council's resurfacing vehicles and emergency vehicles.
The Order shall come into force at 07:00 hrs on 21/07/22 until 17:00 hrs on 26/08/22, or until the works are completed (currently programmed to be by 19/8/22) whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
