Proposal: Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 of planning application reference: 14/04970/FULL1 granted planning permission for Replacement dwelling. Demolition of existing bungalow, integral and lodge building and erection of a two storey dwelling. Reconfiguration of entrance driveway and replacement of upper and lower terraces to vary condition 4 (materials) and condition 13 (approved plans) to add new tile hanging to the rear and side elevations and to remove the single storey chimney breast and side windows and replace with one single window to match the existing on the side elevation (south east facing).

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated. *As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
