Licensing Act 2003 Application For A Variation To A Premises Licence

I, Mark Fish, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application to vary a Premises Licence has been submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council in relation to premises known as the Observatory and situate at Old Bank Lane, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 3HG. A brief description of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans which accompany the Premises Licence in order to incorporate proposed changes to the layout of the premises; and, to remove outdated and/or redundant conditions and add alternative conditions.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
