Notice Of Application For A Variation Of A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Ltd have applied to City ofYork Council on 13thJuly 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: Loch Fyne Restaurant, 1-5 Walmgate, York, YO1 9TH. To vary the licensing plan to reconfigure the existing trade area including relocation of bar servery to central location. Existing bar to be re-utilised as a table. New bar servery for service to basement only. For full and further details please ^ew the licensing plan.To remove conditions relating to the use of a restaurant/archaic conditions. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 10th August 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to: City of York, Licensing Services, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street, York, YOI0 3DS or by email to

. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.

The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
