Buckinghamshire Council
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Skirmett Road, Hambleden) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Skirmett Road for 744 metres. Alternative route: Henley Road, West Street, Spittal Street, Dean Street, Seymour Court Road, Berwick Road, Seymour Plain, Marlow Road, High Street, Finings Road, Fingest Lane, Fingest Road, Dolesden Lane, Balhams Lane, Balham's Lane, Road Running Through Stonor, Section Of B480 Through Middle Assendon, Section Of B480 Through Lower Assendon, Fairmile, Northfield End and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a collaboration of works for Openreach take place for underground network works and pole test, commencing on 21 July 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 15 July 2022
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Burtons Lane, Little Chalfont) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Burtons Lane for 658 metres. Alternative route: Lodge Lane, Amersham Road, Village Road, Green Street, Shire Lane, Whitelands Avenue, Main Parade, Blacketts Wood Drive and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach lay duct in the carriageway, commencing on 18 July 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Abbey Barn Lane, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Abbey Barn Lane for approximately 971m. Alternative route: Heath End Road, Swains Lane, Treadaway Hill, Kingsmead Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach underground structure works take place commencing on 25-29 July 2022 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Clarendon Road, Prestwood in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Clarendon Road for approximately 122m. Alternative route: Wycombe Road, Honor End Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Swish Fibre installing ducting and chambers for fibre optic works will take place commencing on 24 July 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (The Common, Holmer Green in the Parish of Little Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in The Common for approximately 168m. Alternative route: The Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst UKPN to install, replace, remove overhead lines and poles works take place commencing on 25 July 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Four Ashes Road, Cryers Hill in the Parish of Hughenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2022 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Four Ashes Road for approximately 57m. Alternative route: North Road, Cryers Hill Lane, Cryers Hill Road, Four Ashes Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection works take place commencing on 26 July 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration. The proposed Order will come into operation on 26 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Buckinghamshire Council (Traffic Static) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council made The Buckinghamshire Council (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (Amendment No 003) Order 2022 under sections 1, 2 and 4 [and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of the Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act.
The effects of the Order which comes into operation on 22nd July 2022 is to introduce waiting restrictions on various road within Bourne End and Wooburn Green as specified in the schedule below. A copy of the Orders and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at "The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF".

If you wish to question the validity of these Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 13th July 2022, by applying to the High Court.

Alternative route: New Road, Isis Way, Waborne Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole replacement take place commencing on 28 July 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 July 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
