Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of Star 2 South Hill Avenue Harrow HA2 0NQ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
This is an application to amend the permission for the sale of alcohol as follows; Friday and Saturday from 10:00h until 02:00h the following morning (current permission until 01:00h the following morning).  To amend the opening hours of the premises, to permit thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol (save for Thursday, which will remain unchanged by this application). All other permitted hours, activities and conditions, are to remain unchanged.

) by the end of 3rd August 2022 and give reasons for their opposition.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Copies of any objections will be sent to the applicant for their consideration and comment. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence may be invited to attend a public hearing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with, this application. Persons wiil be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fne.
