1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Waltham Forest proposes, in accordance with section 123 of the Local Government Act (as amended by Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980) to dispose of the Property which is public open space to J.D.B Futures Limited to extend a residential garden.
