ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Cumberland Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water pipe repair they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Cumberland Road, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Cumberland Road outside Kew College (between Nos. 24 and 26 Cumberland Road).
3. The order will come into effect on 25 July 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 25 July 2022 and 27 July 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Mortlake Road, High Park Road and Kew Gardens Road.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restricitons Hawkins Road and Kingston Lane, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Hawkins Road and Kingston Lane, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of road:-
(a) Hawkins Road, the east side, from its junction with Kingston Lane, southwards for a distance of 25 metres;
(b) Kingston Lame, the north side, from a point opposite the eastern kerb-line of Hawkins Road, westwards for a distance of 50 metres;
(c) Kingston Lane, the south side, from the western kerb-line of Hawkins Road, westwards for a distance of 25 metres.
3. The order will come into effect on 25 July 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 25 July 2022 until 28 July 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Lock Road, Ham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or exit Lock Road at its junction with Back Lane.
3. The order will come into effect on 26 July 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 26 July 2022 until 12 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Lock Road Ham Street, Ashburnham Road and Back Lane.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

Temporary Road Closure Sandycombe Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate an electrical connection they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Sandycombe Road, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Sandycombe Road between its junction with Lawn Crescent and a point outside No. 242 Sandycombe Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 23 July 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress on 23 and 24 July 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Sandycombe Road/B353, Lower Mortlake Road/A316, Kew Road/A307, Kew Gardens Road/B353, Sandycombe Road/B353 and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas utility works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a rolling parking suspension in Chudleigh Road and Whitton Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street, at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs:
(a) Chudleigh Road, Twickenham, on a rolling basis;
(b) Parking bays located outside Nos. 161-165 Whiton Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 25 July 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 25 July 2022 until 22 August 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate culvert maintenance works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a rolling parking suspension in Elm Bank Gardens and White Hart Lane, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street, at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs:
(a) Parking bay o/s No. 11 Elm Bank Gardens;
(b) Parking bay in Elm Bank Gardens at the junction of the Terrace
(c) Parking bays o/s No. 22 White Hart Lane;
(d) Parking bay opposite No. 87 White Hart Lane;
(e) Parking bay outside Nos. 119/120 White Hart Lane;
(f) Parking bay in Railway Side outside Barnes primary school
(g) Parking bay opposite No. 100 Archway Street.
3. The order will come into effect on 25 July 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 25 July 2022 until 9 September 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or exit Cardinal's Walk at its junction with Manor Gardens.
3. The order will come into effect on 18 July 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress at all times between 18 July 2022 and 21 July 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route or vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Manor Gardens, Ormond Drive and Cardinal's Walk
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (SPECIAL EVENTS) HIGH TIDE FESTIVAL) ORDER 2022
ARRAGON ROAD AND CHURCH STREET, TWICKENHAM

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames hereby gives notice that on 11 July 2022 they made the above-named Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order is to facilitate the holding of a music festival in Twickenham.
3. From 9am until 11.59pm on Sunday 17 July 2022,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Arragon Road between its junctions with York Street and Church Street.
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Church Street between its junctions with Water Lane and Arragon Road.
4. A signed diversion route for traffic affected by the closures will be available in adjacent streets.
5. Nothing in this Order will apply to:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a Police Constable, Police Community Support Officer or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
(b) any vehicle being used by a statutory undertaker, whereby it is necessary by reason of an emergency, for that vehicle to have access to part of the street under restriction.
6. The prohibitions or restrictions specified in this notice will apply only during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
