(March Street, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022

The Scottish Borders Council (March Street, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 18 July 2022 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of two days between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 each day. The Order is required for replacement of a Scottish Water manhole.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of March Street Peebles from Edinburgh Road to Damdale.
