I give notice that Liasos Lianos is applying to the Kingston Borough Council for planning permission for Demolition of existing buildings on site and erection of six residential units (Class C3) and two office units (Class E(g)), measuring 140 sqm and 125 sqm respectively, together with the associated decontamination of the site, access, car parking and landscaping, at 34 Portsmouth Road Kingston Upon Thames KT1 2BF
The Site is a Major Development and is situated within a Conservation Area.
