The Licensing Authority of London Borough of Elmbridge must review this premises licence under Section 167 of the Licensing Act 2003, following receipt of a Magistrates Court Closure Order under Section 80 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime & Policing Act 2014

The register containing a record of the grounds for review may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority High St, Esher KT10 9SD between the hours of 09.00am and 5.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
