Notice is hereby given that GKSS Limited has applied to Kingston Council for a new premises licence at Oseyo, Units 2 & 3, 99 & 101 Clarence Street, Kingston-Upon-Thames, KT1 1QY for the sale of alcohol on the premises on Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 22:00
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 04 August 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing, Kingston Council, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU or by email: licensing@kingston.gov.uk
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
